Gyals Who Grill, a groundbreaking potluck-style bbq, was curated in collaboration with visionary partners Yasmin and Chloe to address the notable absence of women-focused events in NYC. from crafting an engaging rsvp link to curating event programming, coordinating vendors, and collaborating with talented djs, this event showcased my expertise in event coordination and creative production. drawing in over 200 attendees from the local NYC area, the event's success was further enhanced by community support and sponsorships. the inclusive environment fostered by Gyals Who Grill, coupled with a dedicated team of volunteers, made it a resounding success in its first year. looking ahead, we're excited about its future as a recurring celebration of women empowerment and creative excellence.
